From 2020 to 2022 Ivan served as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at CLUES, where he ensured compliance to the organization’s brand standards, guidelines and key messages on marketing materials throughout all departments and programs. Translation and transcreation of the visual and art direction aspects of campaign work across multiple channels within an in-house agency setting. Championing ideas and shaping marketing campaigns that help build, deepen and maintain meaningful connections with Minnesota’s Latinx community and Funders, and concept development and execution for work that both celebrates and reflects the Latinx community, cultural and social understanding of the market and its needs with a focus on Youth, Art and Wellness.

Nuestros Sabores is the new CLUES' virtual culinary show focused on sharing Latino culture while fundraising. Ivan’s role as Art Director in this project focused on concept creation and production of all digital graphics on the show and for digital advertising on social media.

Created and developed marketing campaigns for digital platforms including Social Media, E-commerce, Amazon, FashionGo and LAShowroom for Los Angeles based clothing line Naked Zebra during the summer of 2016. While following the brands identity and target market.
Developed Social Media manual and training class for Web team in order to increase employee potential and performance.

Ivan Gil assisted Minnesota based travel clothing brand Anywhere Apparel in the development of the digital marketing campaign for the release of their Holiday 2017 traveling journal. The campaign was used for Social Media and E-Commerce sites throughout the season.
