MISS POSH WORLD
As the Creative Director and Executive Producer of the MPW pageant, Ivan Gil oversees the state franchise and licensing for Minnesota in order to bring into the state the most recognized pageants worldwide. While working closely with national sponsors and creating fresh and creative marketing campaigns, Ivan has established the MISS POSH WORLD organization as the up-and-coming beauty pageant organization in the United States and a well recognized beauty platform in the midwest.
In 2022 Ivan was honored with “Director of the Year” award by the Miss Grand United States of America organization, national franchise for the Miss Grand International pageant.

2021 - The road to the crown with Annabelle Lohrenz, it’s a reality show format digital series created by Ivan Gil and produced by POSH WORLD. The road to the crown follows Annabelle Lohrenz, a Minnesota local, on her journey to become the next Miss Minnesota and represent her state at one of the top national pageants in the USA with the help of the MISS POSH WORLD organization.

As an Art Director Ivan Gil is responsible for creating unique and creative concepts based on the needs, brand identity and target market of each client for print and digital media.
Part of the duties of an Art Director include: model and location scouting, styling, concept development, team management and project management.
